Brar Berry Farms Ltd. has been part of the Abbotsford farming community since 1999. What started as a small operation has grown into an 18-acre berry farm built through years of steady work.
We don’t try to overcomplicate things. Our focus has always been the same, grow good berries and handle them properly. Each season, we work through planting, maintenance, and harvest with care, making sure the crop is ready before it’s picked.
Our berries are hand-picked and handled with attention so they reach the market in good condition. Over time, we’ve built relationships with buyers both locally and outside Canada who value consistent quality.

Our day-to-day work on the farm is based on routine and attention to detail.
Most of our effort goes into making sure things are done properly at each stage.

We’ve been doing this for over two decades, and most of our relationships have been built over time.
We focus on doing what we say and keeping things straightforward.

We plan our crops so different varieties ripen at different times. This helps us manage the harvest properly and keep a steady supply of fresh berries throughout the season.
🫐 Duke (Early Season)
Starts our harvest season. Produces large berries with a mild, pleasant flavour and good firmness.
🫐 Bluecrop (Mid Season)
A consistent and reliable variety. Medium to large berries with a balanced sweet and slightly tangy taste.
🫐 Elliot (Late Season)
Comes toward the end of the season. Known for its firmness and strong storage quality, making it suitable for handling and transport.
